back up drive

I'm trying to back up a ps4 hard drive so i can reinstall the data on it to another Ps4, but the ps4 the drive is from is broken beyond repair. Is there a way to back up the data on a hard drive using a pc or any other method? And the ps4 wasn't connected to the psn before hand so that won't...
