    [SOLVED] Background applications lagging while in foreground application?

    Hey, So I used to have Windows 7 ultimate and had to upgrade to windows 10 pro because I upgraded my CPU from first gen i7 to a 7th gen i7 or so. Anyways, I've not have much trouble with windows 10 except from one thing, which I find to be very annoying now. If I run a game or anything else...
