bad black

Our C830 is printing fuzzy black text. Graphics? in a test print shows solid black print. yellow is light as well. there is plenty of life left on the drums and plenty of toner. Y drum 63% remaining, Black (K) 56%, Y toner 70%, and Black 40%. Magenta and cyan in the test page is perfect...
