bad memor cache

My laptop won't boot windows,it would only show Fujitsu starting screen and i can't access bios,whenever i try to enter it won't,whenever i press F2 it would show entering bios and it's like freezed. And every time when i turn on you can hear 11 beep sounds. Things that i did: Removed CMOS...
