best upgrade

i hav a 1050ti should i pair it with r5 2600 or r5 1600 for best performace for streaming and gaming and ill upgrade the gpu later after maybe an year to rtx 2060 with the same cpu which is the best option pls help... i stream fortnite on copmetitive setting i atlest hav to get 100+ fps all time...
