    Question CPU running hot, and other issues ?

    I'd really appreciate some help with this. Issues: CPU running around 95C at idle, at all times. Ranges generally between 94 and 96 degrees. Bios says CPU is throttled to 0.4ghz. Computer runs slow at all times now. Userbenchmark puts PC at 9th percentile compared to similar configurations...
