bootup issue

I changed my RAM speed in BIOS from 3200 MHZ to 3600 MHZ (even though my ram is only 3200 mhz) but i forgot that crucial detail and went through with the change. After that, my PC wont boot up. Like , the fans light up , CPU fan starts but keyboard and mouse wont turn on and there is no display...
