bouncing screen

I have a Lenovo E15 (Type 20RD, 20RE) Laptop (ThinkPad) - Type 20RD Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10210U / 16GB RAM Win 10 Pro 64 bit vers 21H2 Issue: I am having an issue with my screen bouncing this seems to mostly happen on Reddit but it happens in multiple browsers. I am not sure what the issue is...
