Bricked gpu

i recently flashed a vbios in my gpu and now it's not showing display. i tried to find out what's wrong and i found out that the vbios file had the voltages set to like 60000mv. that's what caused the gpu to not get display. then i tried to flash it again with the safe steps in...

Hi. I wanna connect my dvd-rom with my motherboard, but i dont have anithing on my motherboard to connect with it (expect for the power). I do have an IDE cable tho. My dvd-rom: Super writemaster.. My motherboard: ASrock 970 extreme
