Hi, I have a Brother DCP-L3550CDW and it is becoming the most annoying printer in the world. I put a new toner and a few weeks later, it says "open top cover and install toner cartridge", I need to replace the toner even if it is new. I have contacted Brother and they were useless. can only help...
