c1 error

Hi, I have bought a new ram kit for my pc I removed my old ram sticks and put the new ones in, computer reboots endlessly showing on mobo led the Error "C1" (means memory error). I tried using 1 stick at a time and it works, after first S.O. boot i shut down and insert second stick. Boot again...
