    Computer has a delay on powering up after pressing power button

    I press the start button on my computer and mostly it will take a 5-10 seconds before it actually starts up sometimes longer, other times it doesn't start. If i unplug the power and put it back in it starts up as i press the power button. Any ideas what the problem could be? RIG OS: Windows 8...
