Hi, yesterday I got wired and the cable work great, no lag in csgo, but I start to ask myself "It will cause problems if a use the same cable to conect it to a router?" because later on, I want to use the Asus N600 to have better wifi and conect my pc and the xbox one from my young brother...
Is good to play online games like csgo and upload videos a bit faster? (Also, It will work fine with a Asus n600 router?) (Btw, I am using a mexincan network called telmex)
Will this work? I have a 5e cable already from my router to a switch in the loft, i will be moving house soon so im not going to replace the Cat5e cable. To future proof our next home i will get a Cat 6 cable or better. Can i use this from switch to a new device for now?
Good thing my handyhuman (I’m sorry but PC has gone crazy. My Word spellchecker suggested I change handyman to repair person. My wife suggest handyhuman. I chose her.) didn’t show this week.
I did some more exploring and found that my phone lines are CAT5e. So off to Tom’s Forums and I found...
