cheap combos

I currently run a i5 and would like to upgrade to something a bit more modern , so I thought 350€ , without breaking the bank. Could someone knowledgable here that could advise me on the best bang for my buck? Cpu, motherboard, memory. That's what I need. Any shops but not Amazon please. Thank...
