I am fairly familiar with safe ranges of cpu temps and I know that my CPU (Intel i7 3770) is running EXTREMELY hot, even at idle. While just sitting around and not under any load the cpu reaches temps of around 45 degrees celsius. I am not doing any sort of overclocking to any of my components...
