compatibility between motherboard and ram

my cousin asked me to upgrade his laptop ram, so i tried to upgrade his pc... the computer is Lenovo All in One C20-30 (not the touch one) after i do some research, i find that that pc is using DDR3L 1600MHz i bought Kingston 4gb for that, this is what i bought : Kingston KVR16LS11/4 (4GB)...

I go into the advanced graphics settings and go to change my monitor refresh rate, but the only one available is 60 Hz. Monitor : Acer GN276HL connected with dual dvi w/ DVI to Display Port adapter connected from the PC Any help would be appreciated!
