    Question I may have torn a contact/solder pad of the ribbon cable connecting trackpad, trackpad no longer works ?

    Really want urgent help. It's an Acer Aspire 4650G. I installed a DVD caddy to install another HDD but trying to plug trackpad ribbon cable back I realized trackpad no longer works. Locked the latch, tried pushing ribbon as hard as possible without possibly breaking it... nothing. Took a look at...
