cooler height

I'm considering a Dark Rock Pro 4, but some say that the height is more than the 163mm advertised. They say be quiet! didn't count in the mounting hardware? Some measured 175mm from the motherboard and that would be too big for me. Can someone measure the cooler from the motherboard? (also...
