My gpu RTX 2080ti gaming trio 11gb doesn't clock above 1350mhz in cpu heavy games even after applying an overclock in MSI Afterburner app
It only happens in CPU heavy games like Fn, Val (can't say the names)
In other games like Apex legends and gpu heavier games the clock goes way higher...

Hello. I have a MSI GF65 10UE (I5 10500H; RTX 3060 MOBILE; 16GB RAM).
My core clocks on my GPU have been acting weird while IDLE (nothing wrong when gaming). I have spikes from 402mhz to 1402mhz every second.

Assassin's creed odyssey is not being limited by any piece of hardware in my system as far as I can tell. The GPU simply isn't being used because the software is not using it (not because AMD's drivers are messing with it like I though, though that is technically still possible)...
So i just installed a Gigabyte RTX 2080 Super, which should obviously be pushing 1850-2000 MHz easily, but it's stuck at 1650 and if i try overclocking it even 10MHz my computer almost completely stops working. I'm running a 600W PSU which is the only thing i can think that would cause an issue...
