core i3

I've noticed that Cores 2 and 3 are reporting speeds of 1.7GHz when it should be 3.7GHz - cores 0 and 1 are at their stock speed (3.7GHz) and remain that way, but cores 2 and 3 won't move past 1.7GHz Is this a reason for this?

Hi, so I have this problem that my pc instantly shuts down when running a game and GPU temp. reaches ~67C. Is it possible that it is set to auto shut down at such temperature? I haven't monitored CPU temp when running a game yet, might it be an issue as well? Normally GPU temperature is around...
