i upgraded from a Intel Pentium dual core to intel Core i5 3570 3.40hz that has 4 cores 4 threads but my pc using only 2 cores i tried every possible way to enable all cores although my BIOS shows that i have 4 cores
is there any way to fix this problem ?
My Ryzen 7950x is only showing 8 cores in and adrenaline and hwinfo64 and hwmonitor. I have pbo on and amd expo enabled is this why it’s only showing half my cores?

only four cores are activated and when i check Ryzen master the other 4 are "sleeping".
i checked the bios but didnt see an option to enable all cores, any help would be appreciated

i opened task manager and found out it was showing 2 cores while the processer has 6 cores
