corsair strafe

Since I only have the non rgb version of the strafe i never thought of downloading Corsair's lighting software but i finally did and it doesn't detect my keyboard and i cant fix it. I remember i wanted to get my keyboard to work on my ps4 once so i did something that made this light on the top...

Made an account just for this question. Recently I was trying to pull off a cheap keycap (a bit tight) on my Corsair Strafe with red leds but the the small red thingy goes off with the keycaps ( still cant believe how LOL). So just asking is there a way to put the thing back or should I send...
