Like the tittle says, the temperature of my cpu mark -55c so my cpu fan stop working. i Dont know what more i can do, i flash my bios, set te fan to full speed alway but nothing changes, the pc start only if i press the start and reset button, but some time the cpu fan stop after 3 seconds or...

I bought this prebuilt PC recently. After a cold reset, the CPU fans and case fans have stopped spinning but RGB lights work (gpu working fine). I am struggling to find what is causing this problem. I would appreciate it if someone can suggest to me what's the issue. idle cpu temp 50-70...
