    [SOLVED] CPU (i7 9700) underperforming on Multicore test for Cinebench R23.

    Just installed my new i7 9700 and retired my i3 9100F, I ran some cinebench R23 tests and for Multi core it got a 6800 and for single core it got a 1191. According to cpu monkey it should be getting around 8540 and 1181. So it's only performing about 80% good as it should be when it comes to...
