Why do i need d3doverrider to get this damn game to stay closer/stable at 60fps, without it and trip buffering from it, it seems to drop to 40 fps, randomly. grrr!! and same with other games its like it only wants to use 90% of one cpu and like 20-40% of the others or some such nonsense. does...
