crash while booth

Before that happens, my pc would start up in boot, and then go into advance repair mode, but it would say that repair mode couldnt fix it, so i pressed the restart now button, it then tried to reboot again but this time it did the thing (watch the video). Sometimes my pc wouldnt boot like no...
