CRU Custom Resolution

I´m actually using Custom Resolution Utility (CRU), trying setting the pixel clock lower than default, and notice my screen less darker. Current: Default:

I used a custom resolution utility (cru) to get a stretched res on my monitor. I used the restart gpu win 64 function in the cru and then I got a black screen after the computer restarted. How can I reset my monitor/desktop to its defaults?
