Bought my desktop 3 years ago from PCKaki, normally I wouldn't dig into the internal hardware unless there is something abnormal or just normal cleaning. Tried to increase my speed so that I can play game better without any stuttering etc, but noticed that my cpu temp is at highest 97%...

I have tightened the thumbscrews all the way onto the threads of the screws (Hexagon Pillars), which go through the backplate and the mounting bars. The issue is there is about 3/4 of an inch of play with the installation rig, even with the thumbscrews tighten completely, it can move up and down...
