cuda core

Hi everyone so I was working normally with photoshop 2021 v 22.5.1 and after a while stops detecting gpu,as you can see the picture in link below. I tried unistall and reinstall it but still not detecting gpu,I tried different version and no result. any help I'll be so grateful...

I just have a couple of questions that I can't seem to figure out. First off, the only time I can see the toolbar with the options for text enhancements and image insertion is when I first post a thread. Apparently some people I've tried helping have the same issue and can't see that toolbar...
