daily use

hi, i have a system that using athlon 3000g, good cooler to overclock it, and good airflow in the case. it is safe to overclock athlon 3000g and using it to gaming and some editing around 16 hour/day? the overclock configuration is, cpu 3.8ghz 1.3v, igpu 1.5ghz 1.15v
