damaged memory

Hey so I've been wanting to overclock my RAM and so I did, then, it was running at 3200MHz CL16 (default XMP profile) I wanted to try to tune it to 3400MHz by upping the Voltage, and I failed, there were many restarts, then my BIOS started to freeze a lot of the times I needed to restart etc...
