[SOLVED] I have a question can i conect the input HDMI into the output HDMI laptop ?????

Question is it nomal when the DELL G7 17 7700 2020 version alway run on 4.20GHz when it said maximum clock speed is 2.60GHz
i got a DELL G7 17 7700 2020 version when i turn on the BIOS i look at the overview and saw it said maximum clock speed is 2.60GHz and saw current clock speed is 4.20GHz is that nomal for DELL brand or it unnomal ( one thing too my laptop cannot play dying light on the lowest setting with 60FPS...- VnAuSilverRune
