Ok so im seeing everywhere that the i5 3450 is the max cpu the 3010 mt support, how ever I have a i5 3470 so I was wondering if I could put an i7 3770 that i have sitting around gathering dust into the 3010 or not?

Is it possible to put 8 gb with the speed of 1600 mhz without XMP (xmp isn't supported) in a dell optiplex 3010 mt ? currently my speed 1333 mhz.
