I have a Dell Precision T7600 tower Pc. The system turns on fine. The fans are working, It is a 2 CPU board with both cpu in. It has 4 sticks of RAM and Amd graphics card. The power button turns on White stable. The issue is that there is no display not even bios display. My Vga cable is working...
