I got a Delta PSU 475w, it's working without shorting the green and the ground, I tested voltage on 12v, 3.3v, 5v, it's good and stable. But I hear a click when I try to power on any PC with the PSU and nothing happens, PSU refuse to work with a PC. And if I remove it from PC, the PSU work...

I found a bargain on the GPS-850HB (B) PSU. But I couldn't find any information about it whatsoever. Is the 80 Plus Platinum certification enough to prove it's a good-quality PSU? If you Ctrl+F for GPS-850HB you find the Platinum certification here...
