My monitor is 60hz and 4k. When I am running it @4k it only gives me 30hz, but anything below 1440p gives me 60hz. Is it that my computer is unable to run 4k@60hz? Monitor: Samsung U28E510D Do I need a better computer to run 4k@60hz?
