I left the room and my kid got on my computer desk to play with his cars and now when there is anything dark on my screen like a web page or a dark room or wall on a game my screen dims so dark that i cant even tell what im looking at and i dont have a "adaptive brightness" option under display...

I noticed when running some games like RDR2, after I exit, my screen seems much more dim, only seems to affect the monitor that it was on.
Has this happened to anyone?
The lower half of my screen is dim while the top half remains bright. And sometimes it goes back to normal. Here i attach two images so you can see how it looks like.
