dimm slot nothing working

Maybe not clear from the picture but there seems to be 3 or 4 pins "missing" from the upper middle row. https://ibb.co/0fr0vKT Is this normal/how it usually looks on AM5? What even prompted me to look is the fact that only 1 out of 4 dimm slots are working.
