I bought the pc pre used and the boot drive is almost completely used up. 469 gbs are being used but when i check storage and other programs to see what is using it up i cant find what it is. Is there anyway I could just delete everything but keep the os and just start new?

I tried everything to decrease my disk, it's 100% most of the time, last thing i did is a disk check and repair from cmd and it fix nothing.
I even delete all my background programs (antivirus, windows search , etc...).
In task menager i only have System and compressed memory and service host...
