display brightness

Hi, My probelm is, that if +-50% of my screen is black (dark scenes in game, windows settings in dark mode), then the whole display slowly dims. Its like the brightness goes down. Then when my display goes brighter (looking into lamp in dark street, alt tabbing out of the game) the screen slowly...
