display broke

Today i got a new cpu ( ryzen 5 3600 ) and swapped it with ryzen 5 2600 which i presumed would be an easy process and it was. But when i went back Plugged everything in and powered it on my monitor showed a connection by turning blue by its power button but suddenly said no signal and went back...
