display driver installation

When I bought new gpu, and put it to work, my screen was black. I had to go into my system from Teamviewer (from my phone) to install new driver for a new gpu. I want to reinstall windows 10 now, but how will I be able to install the gpu driver? Won t my screen be black? I have i5 9400f - it...
