download file crashes

    Question My Downloads file keeps crashing

    When I open up the downloads folder it hangs and then the file crashes. I cannot drag the files from Downloads to another file so I cannot access my files in there. Does anyone know how to fix this? This is Windows 8.1 Thank you ~
