downloads folder

Hi all, I am using Windows 10 Pro. In my downloads folder under users/name/downloads I can't move or cut and paste multiple files or folders. I can drag and drop files and folders one at a time and then delete the remaining file from downloads one at a time, but if I select more than one then...
