electrical testing

... possibly!!! This could just be a coincidence but my PC was plugged in and on when I had a new cooker installed. The guy did various tests on the cooker. Not too sure what exactly but he definitely tripped the rcd during one test and probably did insulation test etc. (240v uk system)...
