Happens only when PC is cold. After two boots all works fine. explorer.exe - Application Error "The instruction at referenced at OxCOOCOOCOOOB7C018. The required data was not placed into memory because of an I/O error status of OxcOOOOOOe" This I/O error came from any SSD or from NVMe ?
