i have a microsoft web cam and dont have the software

Hellow Everybody, I M using Server 2003 and using RDC for terminal services. When I connect for printing thru RDC services on thinclient 1st time printing is ok but for 2nd time i got the message inactive TS Port in my printer port. any body help me? Thanks In Advance Bhavesh Shah
