Express Lanes

I have an MSI B550 Tomahawk paired with a Ryzen 5900X which supports 24 lanes. I have a 4080 in my PCIe 4 x16 and 2 gen 4 NVMe SSDs in both my x4 slots. This makes 24 lanes right? The thing is, I also have a WiFi card in one of the x1 slots at the bottom... Will the WiFi card now not work or...
