extend drive

Hello, i have 4 NVME M2 Samsung 980 discs in my PC. One is primary 1.TB used for programs and Windows . Partition C:/. My question is, is it bad to use other 3 Samsung NVME 980 2TB disc as ONE partition - Extended? They are all same, all 3 are 2TB with heatsink and merged in to one D:/...
