    [SOLVED] Device Manager not showing DVD/CD

    I connected an external CD-ROM but my Windows 10 PC is not recognizing it. I googled and found that people are saying I have to go to device manager and click "DVD/CD" But as you can see from this screenshot DeviceManager, there is no such thing. What should I do?

    what power supply will work with this rig?

    i7 6700k asus maximus viii extreme msi 1080 gtx corsair 110i gtx water pump corsair platinum dominator ddr4 ram Corsair Graphite 780t case Samsung 850 EVO 500GB Samsung 950 PRO 256GB M.2 SSD & adapter but i have no idea what PSU to buy any help?
